Besactly what I was thinking. Cool concept just wonder how he keeps it from fading to dust. Part of the art I suppose. |

Awesome! Loss for words.... Being an artist, he really makes a mark. I wish I understood half as he knows... Dare I seek? He is a master. Whom I would like to meet someday. _________________ St. Michael

I had the honor of meeting him in Sept 2006, after the first of the NYC Celtic Frost shows. We met on the way to Duff's and just got into talking. He struck me as a really easy-going, interesting guy. He showed a big interest in how the human body worked, but I had no idea and he simply acted like the rest of us out there.
I think it wasn't until 2008 when I discovered who he was, and because of how he presented himself, I can call it an honor.
He probably doesn't remember me, but he is one of the amazing people I met tagging along during the Monotheist tour. _________________ www.triptykon.net

I love this artist. And only recently it was that I discovered him- saw him on Tom's page. Though I think that I've admired his work from having seen it here and there just perusing online and not known who it was. Some of his images are not particularly forgettable nor is his style in general.
On a side note, I wouldn't be surprised if we see some of this artist's work right alongside the Triptykon moniker... _________________ Galaxie Girl

I bet that Castiglia is one of the artists involved in the Triptykon artwork, although I would have loved Abrahamson as well... Maybe it's them both...
But he has a very distinct style and in the first picture of the man and the woman, he plays with diagonal lines in a way that the exit point of the picture lies outside of the presentation, yet your attention gets drawn to the belly of the man, at the height of the womans face.
Anyone seen how this Jpeg is called? Apollyon Sun? See how the right foot tramples a human skull, the left leg has no foot. His right hand holds a serpent of light, while his left hand rests over a symbol that casts a shadow on the throne. This creature has dominion over man and wields powers we don't understand. The serpent of light could be a reference to Lucifer, the fallen angel, the serpent in Paradise, the bearer of light. On the shadowy side you expect the evil to take over: at his left hand, the demons, or Eparistera Daimones.
It would not surprise me if this is the cover for the upcoming Triptykon album. _________________ Nitimur in vetitum semper cupimusque negata |

Knowing Tom's tendency of leaving clues about future events in his blogs, I would say it's a safe bet that Mr. Castiglia is involved in the graphic presentation somehow. Now, the other artist (he did mention 2) may perhaps still be a surprise? _________________ triptykon.net
