Hi guys, Gothic JJ here. I used to write in the old CF forum from the very first years of CF reunion 'till the breakup of 2008.

Recently, as a sound engineer, I was honored to produce a cover of a blend of Sorrows of the Moon and Tristesses de la Lune for an Italian prog/doom band, Blue Dawn. Furthermore I had the chance to be the guest as lead vocalist in this song and that was a great experience (and emotion) I want to share with you all.

Here you can listen to the track: https://soundcloud.com/james-maximilian-jason/sorrows-of-the-moon-blue-dawn

This track is taken from the forthcoming Blue Dawn album, "Edge of Chaos", and it's due to be out next month (Black Widow Records).

Please let me know your opinions Wink

Fuck yeah! That vocal is brilliant!! Music is little bit raw(IMHO), but I like it.

I hear some Epicus Doomicus Metallicus in the vocals at times, similar to Johan Längquist. Which is always good, ha.

@Knucklehead: it's been a while since the last time I posted here but I quite regularly lurk in the forum. Had not much to tell in the very last years but Triptykon is always a great source of inspiration for me as a sound engineer, musician and fan. CF will always be my all-time fave band since I'm emotionally attached to the TMT/ITP period, considering ITP as an unmatchable masterpiece.

I sing on that track, my real name is Enrico Lanciaprima, as Blue Dawn we released two albums on Black Widow Records and the third, which contains Sex(under a shell), will be released in may/june. You can find them on amazon, Itunes etc. and you can also order them from http://www.clearspot.nl/ or https://www.blackwidow.it/

Although living in the same town, I and spiral architect 67 knew each other in this forum and met later. After some years I contributed to his band (Blue Dawn) and he collaborated with my multimedia project (Gothic Multimedia Project). CF was the "glue" of our friendship Very Happy
