I don't know at this time whether the final part of Celtic Frost's ‘Requiem’ will ever be completed.

I wonder what factors contributed to this uncertainty.

I sent Tom the questions in the beginning of december, and after christmas he sent it back due to the busy schedule he had to work on. The next interview will be face to face in Tilburg. And regarding the cover art for Eparistera Daimones, I will have a lot of questions about interpretation, meaning and ofcourse: what happened to the Requiem. I also have some questions about 'Necronomicon'...
The next interview might become lengthy, in that case we have to split it in two parts (may issue and june issue). I am no supporter of this, I like interviews as a whole, not as a feuilleton, or it should have a purpose. This interview was conducted with ED not out, just as a wider introduction, the next will be done when I have already dissected ED to the bonemarrow....

As I'm sure all of us have as well. This partially is a response to knut's comment about the artwork in the other thread, but Tom tends to have artwork in mind, or secured, when writing albums around it, so I'd love to know what he sees in "Vlad Tepes" and what it brought to the mix.

It would also interest me to hear what the other members thought of the artwork and how it helped direct them through the recording process.

The impalement seems not only to have been done by spikes... In Germany this album might get some censorship, since they also censored the latest Rammstein for it's artwork.

Too bad that bands still get censored because of their work...

As long as you quote Lords of Metal as a source, I have absolutely no problem with it. LoM won't either.
