Amazing!!! Absolutely GREAT news!!
The Requiem completed, I'd never thought I'd see the day...!
And Blood Insanity in that already awesome setlist is another big wow moment!

great , this wall covered by classics covers .
I can recognize Judas Priest Stained Class / Killing Machine ; Black Sabbath Sabbath Bloody Sabbath , Sabotage ; AC / DC If You Want Blood, Deep Purple Burn, Ozzy Osbourne Blizzard of Ozz, Venom Bloodlust 7 '' , In League with Satan 7 ''.
glad to see Blood Insanity on the rehearsals list , if I'm not mistaken.

Great news indeed. If I interpret the first picture correctly, that's Norman's setup.

Can't wait to hear the second part of the finally completed Requiem.
Blood Insanity performed by Triptykon must sound monstrous. If only I think of the bass intro... \m/

This is some very exciting news ^.^* I'm always curious to hear what is the next step in the musical evolution. Whatever it may be, I'm sure that I will enjoy it. I have yet to be disappointed by anything Triptykon related. I love that dark, crushing, heavy atmosphere. I've never heard a band quite pull it off like this (aside from Monotheist Era Celtic Frost, obviously)

I noticed that too, which would be logical since Tom had said that Norman would continue playing with the band until another drummer was chosen and
there has been no official announcement to date.
But on the other hand, they start getting ready for new music for the EP and the new album, while Tom said he'd rather wait for the new drummer before starting working on new stuff ... I don"t know , just speculate.
anyway, great news for this new year .

This is one of Norman's drumkits (to a large extent, that is), as sold to our new drummer.

Happy new year, by the way!

Happy new year everyone!

At the risk of sounding redundant, this is all very exciting news.

I had hoped for this way back, when Triptykon was the "new" band ... and, some 10 years later, I am still hoping

Please, can someone explain me - way back few years I read about "Part two requiem lost somewhere after CF firs split, and Part III is final". But now Part III from "Monotheist" is not final? And performance onstage in 2019?!
And about new drummer - I think he's not Reed, someone "unknown"(in good way) like Norman was before Triptykon, maybe?

We must understand the approach of this creation from an artistic and non-temporal point of view.
the Star Wars prequels work in this way.
