Wish I had (camcorder). I was too concerned with the amount of beer I could get into me.

I can't wait for the Wolverhampton show! I can recommend a couple of adequate pubs in tatter town, but unfortunately I can't get time off work, and I have to go straight to the venue. I reckon with 4 bands playing it could be an early start? Looking forward to seeing your photos Dave!

Jah, another mesmerizing evening at Tavastia (Helsinki) yesterday. Slightly different set of what they did here last summer (@ Tuska Festival) - This time we got Morbid Tales, meanwhile they skipped few other classics. I was hoping that they would have played Ground aswell (since itīs been in the set on this tour), but you canīt have it all. I think that Sorrows of the Moon could be worked a little soundwise, if the guitar parts of the song are supposed to be played only with one guitar. However the song and the arrangement brought a nice dynamic effect to the set, that otherwise sounded very much in your face, full and heavily "compressed" from the beginnign to the end. Canīt say that I would have been as blown away as I was last summer, after seeing the band for the first time on stage, but still CF was mightier than anything else. The setlist (in order that I can remember it): Intro - Totengott / Procreation of the Wicked / Visions of Mortality / Circle of the Tyrants / Usurper / Ain Elohim / Necromantical Screams / Mesmerized / Sorrows of the Moon / Dethroned Emperor / Morbid Tales / Into the Crypt of Rays / Synagoga Satanae / Outro: Winter.

Watain used their support slot very well. Kreator wasnīt as good as i was expecting, mainly due guitar sounds, that didnīt do to much justice to all of their songs.

Celtic Frost was excellent last night at Tavastia. Not much to complain about except that I would have liked to hear some more stuff from Monotheist. But it was a great set anyway. Sheer excellence. Thanks guys and please return to Finland ASAP.

Jesus fucking Christ, I have a nasty hangover now. Very Happy
